Transfo Party Vice President Prevented from Traveling, Targeted by Restrictive Measure

According to our information, his passport was seized by the authorities without any legal proceedings having been initiated against him.
This restriction raises questions regarding the respect of his fundamental rights, particularly those guaranteed by Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, relating to freedom of movement.
