ROLE OF AFRICAN GOVERNMENTS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST THE SPREAD OF CORRUPTION

ROLE OF AFRICAN GOVERNMENTS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST THE SPREAD OF CORRUPTION

Corruption in Africa was introduced by the various colonizers who invaded our continent at the beginning of the 12th century. The various traditional African leaders were bribed by European and arab merchants with luxury items in exchange for their inhabitants who, in return, would be transported to America to be resold to American farmers. But today the real form of corruption has evolved and become much more modern compared to the old method of the colonial times.
During this debate, the speakers addressed the subject by pointing out different forms of corruption including: corruption in the workplace, corruption in the sex industries, corruption in major contracts, corruption for job options responsibility, corruption at the level of our leaders and heads of state to do the will of external partners etc...
The two speakers made proposals on the solutions that our States should undertake to reduce the level of corruption on our continent. Our African states must put in place strict laws to punish all those caught committing corruption.
Let's follow this debate to better understand the level of corruption in #Africa (FRENCH).
